  Observation. LO observed that the program's fire extinguisher is overdue for servicing.

  Observation. LO observed 4 children on site under the age of 3. Schedule E in the Child Care Licensing Regulation permits 3 children under the age of 3 in an In-Home Multi Age care program. In order to bring this issue into compliance, Licensee stated that she will apply for a temporary placement for her daughter, who is 1.5 years old.

  Observation. LO was not able to observe documentation on file for 1 staff on site.

  Observation. LO observed that a second staff on site had incomplete documentation.

  Observation. Licensee stated that she did not have emergency supplies on site, and she plans to purchase and/or have parents supply them.
