    Observation. LO observed 4 children on site under the age of 3. Schedule E in the Child Care Licensing Regulation permits 3 children under the age of 3 in an In-Home Multi Age care program. In order to bring this issue into compliance, Licensee stated that she will apply for a temporary placement for her daughter, who is 1.5 years old.
