  Observation. Licensing reviewed the following children's records: - 1 care plan was last reviewed in 2023 - 1 child has a medical condition however he does not have a care plan in place

  Observation. Licensing observed: - The daily attendance record does not accurately capture children's arrival and departure times - Children's information is not readily available when children are in the outdoor playground and when they are picked up/dropped off from the elementary school. Staff stated children's information remain in a cupboard in the classroom.
