Observation. Licensing observed mushrooms growing along a fence in the outdoor play space. Please identify the type of mushrooms growing in the space. Should the mushrooms be toxic, please remove immediately. Licensing observed a sound machine with an attached cord located on the floor of a nap room. The sound machine and cord was accessible and poses as a hazard.
