  Observation. Licensing observed the facilities Licence was not prominently posted or displayed in the facility.

• RECORDS AND REPORTING / Records For Each ChildNon-critical

  The licensee keeps a current record for each child showing the information required. [CCLR Sec. 57]

  Observation. Licensing observed one child in care did not have any records showing the information that is required. Licensing was informed that the child in care had just started in the program. A discussion was had around obtaining all documents required before a child attends the program.

• STAFFING / Emergency Training and EquipmentNon-critical

  Implementation of the fire drill system is practiced at least once each month, and implementation of the emergency plan is practiced at least once each year. [CCLR Sec. 22(2)(b)(c)]

  Observation. Licensing observed fire drills have not been implemented since July 2022. Implementation of fire drills are to be done monthly and emergency drills annually.

  A record for each child containing the name, sex, date of birth, medical insurance plan number and immunization status is not kept. [CCLR Sec. 57(2)(a)]

  Observation. All children require an Immunization status to be on file. LO sent the new sheet to the Licensee. Please send an email when all are gathered and on file.
