Observation. LO noted the counters in JK 3B and JK2 bathrooms in some areas were damages and were covered with duck tape. The manager was aware and stated that the issue is being looked into. LO noted several walls in the 30m to school age program were damaged at various locations and paint was peeling.

Observation. Licensing observed sleep mats that were torn and cracked at the corners. This is an reoccurring issue- was noted on previous routine inspection.

Observation. Licensing observed that the emergency supplies ,respectively the water and food were expired.

Observation. Licensing observed one child care plan has not been reviewed yearly with the parents.

Packing tape has been added to the corners, however this does not allow for a clean and sanitary surface for sleeping. There are other sleep mats that have vinyl coverings that are starting to wear out on the corners.
