  Observation. Licensing observed cleaning chemicals underneath the washroom sink in an unlocked cabinet.

  Observation. Licensing observed that although the facility has a record of outdoor safety checks during the school year there was no record of them during 'camp' days. A conversation was had with the Manager to remind them of the importance of this requirement.

  There is current log of minor incidents, illnesses and unexpected events, that did not require medical attention and were not reportable incidents described in Schedule H. [CCLR Sec. 56 (1)(f)]

  Observation. Licensing observed a minor incident logbook to be available, however, included limited entries. A conversation with the Manager was had in regards to the information that could be written into the logbook, and the importance of using this documentation as a regular tool.
