  The facility, the furniture, equipment, fixtures and supplies are of sturdy and safe construction.  They are easy to clean, and are clean and in good repair and free from hazards. [CCLR Sec. 13(2) and Sec. 15(1)(a)]

  Observation. Licensing observed that the changing mat was in poor condition. It had cracks that will not allow for a clean and sanitary surface after each use.

  Observation. Licensing observed the following: - one door leading to a storage room was not secured - the bifold closet door in the nap room had a defect locking mechanism - caulking around the toilets was damaged - on the playground one metal baseboard trim had sharp corners that could cause injury

  Observation. Licensing observed that the emergency supplies ,respectively the water and food were expired.

  Medications that staff have agreed to administer are readily accessible to staff and are administered in the correct dosage at the correct times. [CCLR Sec. 53(1)]

  Observation. Licensing observed one expired epi-pen for a child with an anaphylactic allergy.
