Observation. Licensing observed the following: - Fire extinguisher is current in its servicing. - Families are preparing emergency kits for their child. Food items are expired. Licensing to be sending an emergency preparedness resource as requested. Licensee informs that they are considering additional supplies to be purchased.

Observation. Licensing observed a log book to be available, however, the last entry dated November 6, 2023. This log book is not current.

Observation. *The manager stated that the children's lunches are stored on the counter as there is not sufficient room in the fridge, however 2 of the children's lunches were inspected and found to be lacking ice packs required to keep perishable food healthy and safe throughout he day.

Observation. *CCFL observed the medicine cabinet in the washroom was unsecured allowing access to medications. (This item was corrected by the manager during the inspection) *Lysol wipes were observed to be accessible to children on the hallway floor.
