A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees.

Observation. -Paper towel was not present in one bathroom for hand washing, and there was no bleach spray in both bathrooms used for changing diapers.

Corrective action. Corrected during the inspection

A licensee must ensure that children do not have access to any object or substance that may be hazardous to the health or safety of a child.

Observation. Both the IT nap room and Multi-Age nap room, had cables accessible to children in the nap room, posing risk for entanglement.

Corrective action. Corrected during the inspection.

A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (c) daily attendance record, indicating for each day whether the child is absent or, if the child is present, the time of arrival and departure.

Observation. At licensing arrival the number of children signed into the paper and on-line documents for multi age and IT classroom did not meet the number of children in care.

Corrective action. This was corrected during the inspection.
