    A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees.

    Observation. LO observed and discussed the following with the Licensee: -AC cord on the wall was accessible to the children -Bi-fold closet need safety lock to prevent finger pinching -Cleaning supplies were stored and accessible to the children (under the washroom's sink)

    Corrective action. Ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are in care.
