Observation. Substitute staff working in the program did not have a facility specific Criminal Record Check. LO reviewed the process and requirement for all staff working in the program with regards to Criminal Record Checks.
Corrective action. Ensure all staff have complete staff files including CRC's that are valid and facility specific.
