    Observation. The following were observed during today's inspection; - Plastic bags and toilet cleaner stored under the washroom sink accessible to children. -Diaper rash cream and plastic bags to dispose diapers accessible to children outside the washroom on small trolley.

    Corrective action. Licensee will have systems to provide healthy and safe environment for children while in care.

    A licensee must (a) ensure that a community care facility has (i) emergency exits that meet the requirements of the BC Building Code, and (ii) a fire drill system that is approved as definedby section 31 of the Fire Services Act.

    Corrective action. Licensee will get the fire extinguisher inspected.

    Observation. In the outdoor play space the fence panels on both the east and west sides of the yard are beginning to rot. Numerous boards are at the point of becoming detached and some boards are falling out.
