Observation. LO observed and discussed the following with the staff: - Naproom: floating shelf not installed properly (sagging) - Bi-fold closet on the corridor: no child safety lock and loose door knob - Change mat: visibly dirty and stored in the bathtub with a plunger
Corrective action. Ensure that all furniture, equipment and fixtures within the facility are clean and in good repair

A licensee must: (b) have an emergency plan that sets out procedures to prepare for, mitigate, respond to and recover from any emergency.
Observation. Emergency Supplies onsite are insufficient to implement the emergency plan.
Corrective action. Ensure that sufficient supplies are available.

Observation. - The closet doors need to be secured so that children do not pinch their fingers in them - there are holes in 2 bedroom walls from the door knobs
