  Observation. Licensing observed the following; - TV on a shelf and not secured. Potential to fall on a child and injure them. - A tall fan close to the entrance door. Potential to fall on a child and injure them.

  Corrective action. A written response to be submitted to Licensing on how this contravention has been addressed.
