Observation. Licensing measured the water temperature at 50 degrees Celsius.

A licensee must display in a prominent place in the community care facility both the licence, including any terms or conditions of the licence, and the name of the manager.

Observation. The Manager's name was not posted anywhere within the community care facility.

A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (k) the date on which the child stops attending the community care facility.

Observation. The Manager informed Licensing that a child no longer attends the community care facility however, the end date was not recorded.

Corrective action. The Manager will record the date that the child stopped attending the community care facility
