    A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees.

    Observation. A tall and heavy piece of furniture in the naproom is not anchored to mitigate risk of tipping.

    Corrective action. Licensee said that the piece of furniture had been anchored and was recently unanchored as it was to be moved. The Licensee will either move the item or anchor it.

Licensing observed the following at today's inspection; - A table and a storage shelf in the nap room need to be anchored from falling in case of earthquake. - One side of the retaining wall under the fence is not secure. The sand inside the retaining penal is exposing and penal is bending.

    A licensee must ensure that the community care facility and the furniture, equipment and fixtures within it are clean and in good repair while children are in attendance.

    Observation. Licensing observed that the fence on north side of the property is broken ,damaged on parts and posing health and safely risk to children. . Two of the fence panels are loose and falling. One panel has nails sticking out from the neighbor side. Manager said that they are unable to remove the nails.

    Corrective action. Please ensure that community care facility is clean and in food repair while children are in care.
