• C3.1 - Does the facility have sufficient employees who possess adequate training and experience to meet the care, supervision, and needs of the children?Non-critical

  Observation. A yoga teacher who is scheduled to provide yoga instruction to children does not have evidence of a criminal record check, character references or evidence of compliance with the Provinces immunization programs. One staff file does not contain character references. Incomplete staff/volunteer files increases the risk that unsuitable individuals may work with children, potentially compromising children's safety and wellbeing. Submit to licensing by June 25, 2026, evidence the missing information has been collected and is in the files.

  Observation. Two staff records did not contain evidence that the person has complied with the province's immunization and tuberculosis control programs. Incomplete staff immunization records may pose risk to the children if a disease outbreak were to occur. The contravention was resolved during the inspection.

• C4.1 - Are facility records current and complete?Non-critical

  Observation. One child file is missing a medical insurance plan number. Incomplete child records increase risk to children in emergency situations. The missing medical insurance plan number was collected from the parent during the inspection.

  Observation. One ECE certificate was not verified by the licensee using a system established and maintained by the director of the early childhood educator registry. This was cleared during inspection.

  Observation. One child's records was missing their immunization status; another child's records was missing medical practitioner information.
