  Observation. The managers name is not displayed in a prominent place in the facility. The managers name must be displayed in a prominent place in order to identify the person responsible for the day to day operations of the facility. Submit to licensing by January 15, 2026, evidence that the managers name is displayed.

• C3.1 - Does the facility have sufficient employees who possess adequate training and experience to meet the care, supervision, and needs of the children?Non-critical

  Observation. One staff file is missing a criminal record clearance letter and evidence of training. Incomplete staff records may put children at risk. Submit to licensing by January 15, 2026, evidence of the missing information has been collected and is in the staff file at the facility.

  Observation. Fire drills were not recorded for November 2025 and December 2025. Keeping current emergency practise records ensures staff are prepared for emergencies. Submit to licensing by January 15, 2025, a plan that demonstrates how you will ensure the fire drill record is kept current.

  Observation. A child was observed to be unsupervised when going from the gym located on the ground floor to the classroom located on the upper floor of the facility.

  Observation. One child's care plan has not been reviewed yearly. One staff file was incomplete however the staff stated the rest of the file was at another location. There was no evidence that play space inspections are occurring at the facility.

  Observation. One staff file was incomplete at time of inspection.

  Observation. A review of the minor incident log book revealed that an incident in October involving a missing child left behind at the school was not reported to licensing. Please submit a incident report to licensing direct via the electronic portal.

• C7.1 - Is the facility safe, sanitary, free from hazards, in good repair, and appropriate for the age and development of children?Non-critical

  Observation. The red sofa in the program is showing signs of age ;its non-porous surface has small worn places that can harbor bacteria and could pose a risk to the health of the children.
