    Observation. Children were observed to clean their hands with wet wipes before eating lunch. Wet wipes are not as effective as cleaning and rinsing hands with soap and running water. It is the responsibility of the Licensee to establish a program to instruct children in and practice the rules of health and hygiene. A response is required by June 19, 2025 that outlines how hand washing will be conducted.
