A discussion took place regarding the importance of implementing a regular cleaning schedule.

Observation. LO observed the following: -unsecured bi-fold doors in the children's activity space accessible to children -a number of unsecured items including a clock stored on the fire place mantle in the indoor play space; posing a risk of injury if they were to fall
