[CCLR Sec.56 (1)(d)] Topics of such policies should include but not be limited to: meaningful supervision of children both inside and outside the facility; meaningful interactions with children both inside and outside the facility; meal times; bottle-feeding; nap time practices; toileting/diapering. ; Current policies and procedures respecting food and drink to be given to children are not kept. Observation. Licensing observed emergency food supplies have expired.

The licensee does not keep a current care plan for each child requiring extra support. [CCLR Sec. 58(1)]
Observation. Licensing observed: - One child has a care plan indicating the requirement for an EpiPen; however, there is no information identifying the allergy. Staff advised they are unaware of the child’s allergy. Additionally, the EpiPen on site expired in January 2026. The same child has a completed Request for Administration of Medication form for a separate medication; however, staff stated that this medication is not on site. - Another child has allergy information in their registration records; however, staff are unaware of this allergy. - A third child’s records contain conflicting information regarding allergies between two separate documents.

Observation. Licensing reviewed a sample of children’s records: - Several records did not include a photo of the child. - Several records did not document the date of enrollment. Licensing observed that daily attendance records are not accurately recorded and some entries are not legible,
