LO reviewed children's records: - all children did not have a date of enrolment in the community care facility - 1 child did not have medical practitioner contact information Attendance records were observed for today however arrival and departure times for previous days could not be provided.

LO observed: - 1 staff did not have a record of work history - 2 staff did not have documentation to support their certificate was verified using a system established and maintained by the director of the early childhood educator registry. - 2 staff did not have evidence that they complied with the Province's immunization and tuberculosis control programs. - 1 staff has a criminal record check addressed to another facility. - 2 staff did not have character references.
