There is an emergency plan that sets out procedures to prepare for, mitigate, respond to and recover from any emergency. [CCLR Sec. 22(1)(b)]

Observation. This was originally found out of compliance on the previous Routine Inspection dated June 11, 2026: - Licensing observed the facility did not have an emergency plan in place. During the Routine Follow-up inspection on July 15, 2026, Licensing observed an emergency plan was not available on site.

For each child requiring extra support, the licensee keeps a current care plan showing the required information. [CCLR Sec. 58(1)(2)]

Observation. This was originally found out of compliance on the previous Routine Inspection dated June 11, 2026: - Licensing observed one child’s care plan had not been updated since April 2025.

The licensee keeps a current record for each child showing the information required. [CCLR Sec. 57]

Observation. This was originally found out of compliance on the previous Routine Inspection dated June 11, 2026: - Licensing observed that registration records for ten children could not be located. During the Routine Follow-up inspection on July 15, 2026, Licensing identified inconsistencies between two sets of records for several children.

Copies of any diplomas, certificates or other evidence of the person's training and skills have not been obtained. [CCLR Sec. 19(1)(d)]

Observation. This was originally found out of compliance on the previous Routine Inspection dated June 11, 2026: - Licensing observed that only one of the four staff members had appropriate documentation. During the Routine Follow-up inspection on July 15, 2026, Licensing observed certificates or other evidence of training and skills have not been obtained for all staff.

Hazardous objects and substances are inaccessible to children. [CCLR Sec. 17]

Observation. Licensing observed cleaning supplies in a lower unlocked cabinet accessible to children.

Current policies and procedures are kept as required . [CCLR Sec. 56 (1) and CCALA 19]

Observation. Licensing observed polices and procedures were unavailable.

The licensee does not keep a current care plan for each child requiring extra support. [CCLR Sec. 58(1)] ; Care plans are not reviewed at least once a year with a parent of the child requiring extra support and any person requested by the parent. [CCLR Sec. 58(2)(b)]

Observation. Licensing observed: - two children who required care plans did not have care plans in place. - one child’s care plan had not been updated since April 2025.

There is current log of minor incidents, illnesses and unexpected events, that did not require medical attention and were not reportable incidents described in Schedule H. [CCLR Sec. 56(1)(f)]

Observation. Licensing observed a current log of minor incidents is not being maintained.

The licensee keeps a current record for each child showing the information required. [CCLR Sec. 57]

Observation. Licensing observed that registration records for ten children could not be located.

Prior to employing staff the manager has met with each person and has obtained the appropriate documentation. [CCLR Sec. 19(1)]

Observation. Licensing observed that only one of the four staff members had appropriate documentation.
