    Observation. In the past, the menu was posted within the facility. But, as parents do not enter the centre the information has not be shared with parents. Manager and LO discussed options to share information on food and drink with parents.

    Observation. Children's files were complete, except 10 were missing immunization. Manager stated that some of the immunization status information was received by Licensee and has to be printed for files, and they will follow up with the remaining few missing.

    Prior to employing staff the manager has met with each person and has obtained the appropriate documentation. [CCLR Sec. 19(1)]

    Observation. The manager explained that there is a new staff on site, and while some information has been emailed to her, she is still waiting for more documents. LO stated that the Manager can forward the documents within 24 hours. These documents were not received within 24 hours.

    Observation. This is a recurring contravention - there are two children with care plans, only one of which includes medication. There is no permission to administer medication form with the Epi pen. LO has included a copy of our care plan and a permission to administer medication for with this report.     Observation. As observed during the previous routine inspection LO observed that a fire drill system is not displayed in the facility. During today's visit LO observed that the fire drill system is displayed in the facility however the sheet is blank. This issue remains in non-compliance.
