  Observation. LO reviewed children's records: - 2 records did not have medical practitioner contact information - Registration record for 1 child indicated the child has allergies however the emergency consent record stated 'no allergies'. Discussion took place to ensure when information is updated, to update all records.

  Prior to employing staff the manager has met with each person and has obtained the appropriate documentation. [CCLR Sec. 19(1)]

  Observation. LO observed: - 2 staff did not have evidence to support they complied with the Province's immunization and tuberculosis control programs. - 2 staff have criminal record checks addressed to another organization - 2 staff did not have documentation to support their certificate was verified using a system established and maintained by the director of the early childhood educator registry

  Observation. In the outdoor play space, LO observed multiple wooden fence panels have come loose and fallen off the fencing that encloses the Septic tank system making it accessible to children. There are 3 opening's within the fence that children can potentially climb through and access the Septic tank area. The fencing is no longer in good repair or free from hazards.

  Observation. LO observed that an immunization status is not kept for 1 child
