Observation. Licensing observed the licensee was not providing a written behavioral guidance policy to the parents or employees.
- HYGIENE AND COMMUNICABLE DISEASE CONTROL / Physical Requirements of FacilityNon-critical
There is a diaper changing area that is adjacent to a wash basin, that is located away from the food preparation area, and that has a covered container for soiled clothing. [CCLR Sec. 14(4)]
Observation. Licensing observed the licensee has located the change table in the entrance into the play area, which is not adjacent to the hand wash basin.

A healthy and safe environment is provided at all times [CCLR Sec. 13(1)].
Observation. Licensing observed the following: Bedding used on a daily basis is being removed from the cot, stacked and stored in the closet, Licensing is concerned there is a chance for the spread of germs and cross contamination. A cleaning solution used in the facility does not have any information on the bottle to confirm it's ability to clean and sanitize. Licensing questioned its ability to clean or disinfect. Licensee is using the change able for both changing diapers, but also to leave items on the table when not in use, e.g.. books, cell phone, clothes. Licensing is concerned there is a risk of cross contamination.

Licensing observed the following when reviewing the records for each child: Three children who required a medical practioner's contact information One child requires emergency contact information and a start date. One child required their medical insurance number Two children require their start date

Observation. Licensing observed the Licensee has not collected the the consent providing permission to call a medical practioner or an ambulance in case of an emergency.
