    Observation. There are 2 classrooms licensed as Group Child Care (30 months to school age). One of the classrooms was previously licensed as a Preschool program. LO observed that this room still has a Preschool licence posted up on the wall.

    Observation. While reviewing the facility's incident log book LO observed an entry documenting that on April 25, 2025, a child in care had a seizure. A review of the child's registration documents show that the child had previously had a seizure (not while in care), however no care plan was in place for the child.

    Observation. While reviewing the facility's incident log book LO observed an entry documenting that on April 25, 2025, a child in care had a seizure and staff called paramedics. This incident was not reported to Licensing.

    Observation. In the Boys washroom, LO observed that the diaper change mat appears to be in poor repair and no longer easy to clean. The plastic covering has holes in it and the edges are beginning to tear.
