    Observation. Licensing observed the following: -in the kitchen area, the steps leading up to the sink where the children washed their hands before snack were dirty and also porous, making it difficult to clean and sanitize. - in the children's washroom the children had access to the cleaning instruments, plunger and toilet brush. - Licensee mixed the cleaning solutions while licensing was attending to the inspection.

    Observation. Licensing observed when reviewing the hard copy of the facility's policies the active play policy was not included as well as the repayment policy needed to be updated for clarity. The online policies section was not complete.

    Observation. LO observed that the licensee has on file evidence of diplomas, certificates or the person's training and skills for 1 staff. During today's visit, LO observed that an immunization status has not been obtained for 1 staff.

    Observation. This issue of non-compliance remains outstanding. Licensee has not verified her early childhood certificate with the registry. During today's visit, LO observed that the licensee has not verified an early childhood certificate with the registry for 1 staff.
