A healthy and safe environment is provided at all times [CCLR Sec. 13(1)].
Observation. The equipment is clean and in good repair, the furniture is sturdy and the environment is clean. But there are a few areas of wear and tear - the area around the base of the urinals has exposed flooring that is worn and unable to be sanitized. This is also the same issue in the corner of the room (by the heating) where the flooring is coming away at the seam. And the vent in the room has lifted in a few areas and could be taken out or moved by a child and is made out of metal that could injury a child. It is also important to clean all items throughout the facility, such as step stools and any area touched by children.
