  Observation. Licensing observed the cupboards in the main area do not have restrictors to prevent from opening and something falling due to being too full or if an earthquake was to occur.

  Observation. In the nap room, LO observed that the edges of the nap mats are ripped, frayed and torn. In some areas the seams are coming apart exposing the inner sponge material making them no longer easy to clean and in poor repair. In addition, LO observed a child sized couch in the library area appears to be ripped along the center seam and no longer in good repair.
