Observation. The substitute employee's first aid certificate and immunization records were initially unavailable for review. The Licensee requested these documents during the inspection and added them to the employee's file. Corrected during the inspection.

Observation. The first aid certificate for the Licensee expired on September 21, 2025. The Licensee must ensure children have access to an employee with valid first aid at all times. Submit by October 06, 2025, confirmation that children have access to an employee with valid first aid.

Observation. Some required records for a substitute employee were missing, such as criminal record check and immunization status.

Observation. Some reportable incidents have not been reported to Licensing. There is no record that daily playspace checks have been completed.

Observation. Cleaning chemicals under the kitchen sink were accessible. This was corrected during the inspection.

Observation. The facility experienced an unexpected closure. A reportable incident was not sent to Licensing for this "Service Delivery Problem". There were several incomplete attendance entries. One child did not have an "emergency card", with an up to date digital image.

Observation. A person was employed to work for the Licensee in her absence. A criminal record check, immunization status and reference checks were not collected prior to working with the children.

Observation. A reportable incident was not reported to Licensing.

Observation. The criminal record checks to the Licensee and other persons 12 year and over have expired.

Observation. Radon results have not been provided to date.

Observation. The Licensee provides all food. Parents are not given information of the food and drinks given to children each day.
