    Observation. Licensing observed no monthly fire drill and yearly emergency drill record log in either service type and staff in both classrooms stated that the drills had been completed but had not been recorded anywhere due to logs being misplaced during room rennovation moves.

    Corrective action. Ensure to keep current records of each of the following: (c) a record respecting compliance with section 22 (2) (b) and (c) [emergency training and equipment].

    Observation. Licensing observed a fire extinguisher in Group Child Care (30 Months to School Age) had a service tag that indicated the fire extinguisher had last been serviced in June 2024 and that it was due for service in June 2025.

    Corrective action. Ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees.
