  Observation. Licensing audited five children's files. One file was missing evidence that they had received the repayment agreement policy.

  Corrective action. Ensure licensee must keep a record of each person to whom the repayment agreement is delivered to.

  Observation. Licensing observed that the child safety lock was broken on the drawer that had knives stored.

  Corrective action. Ensure that children do not have acces to any object or substance that may be hazardous to the health or safety of a child.
