    Observation. Licensing observed the LIW corrective action plan not being followed. Licensee stated they had a filtration system installed and have since stopped using bottled water. Licensee to submit specs of filtration system showing it meets requirement of filtering out lead, or retest the drinking water. Once approved the CAP will need to be updated.

    Corrective action. Ensure to maintain the health, safety and dignity of persons in care.
