Observation. Licensing observed there was no log kept of daily outdoor checks. Educator stated that as part of the routine of going outside, a safety check is done every day.
Corrective action. Ensure a log is kept of all inspections, maintenance and repairs.

Observation. Licensing audited three children's files. One file was missing immunization records.
Corrective action. Ensure licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing child's immunization status.
