The Licensee is required to keep a current photo of each child that can be used to identify the child at all times. Submit to licensing by July 17, 2025 written confirmation and/or evidence that a photo or digital image is readily accessible at all times.

Observation. In the Group Child Care (Under 36 Months) Room 1, was a rug with turned up corners. This presents a tripping hazard for young children. This was corrected during inspection and the rug was removed from the program.
