This was originally found out of compliance on May 1, 2024 and has not yet been corrected. Respond to Licensing with a plan to come into compliance as well as a plan to keep children safe until compliance is met.

    Observation. Several divots were observed on the grassy area and pose as a significant risk of injury to the children. Please ensure the divots are repaired. The wooden rail ties and borders around the play space are splitting and splintering and pose a risk of injury to the children. Please repair so children are not at risk. The wooden rail tie border that separates the concrete area from the sandbox area is in poor condition, with differing heights that pose as a tripping hazard to children. Please repair so children are not at risk to trip over this area.
