    Observation. During home renovations, the licensee has added an island in the activity area that presents hazardous corners at children's head height.

    Observation. The program was recently closed for renovations and the licensee has turned the designated ground level child care area into a suite. Due to the renovations the program now only has space for 6 children, however, currently the program is not enrolled to capacity.
