  The facility, the furniture, equipment, fixtures and supplies are of sturdy and safe construction.  They are easy to clean, and are clean and in good repair and free from hazards. [CCLR Sec. 13(2) and Sec. 15(1)(a)]

  Observation. There were small plastic toys in the program that presented choking hazards. There was a light table with a loose electrical cord stored in the nap room which could be a strangulation hazard.

• STAFFING / Emergency Training and EquipmentNon-critical

  The emergency plan is not practiced at least once each year. [CCLR Sec. 22(2)(c)] ; Fire drills are not practiced at least once each month. [CCLR Sec. 22(2)(b)]

  Observation. The last fire drill documented was in November and no annual emergency drill documented.

  Observation. Not all criminal records checks are valid as they have expired.
