Observation. One staff file is missing a character reference. Incomplete staff records may increase risk to children. Submit to licensing on or before September 24, 2025, evidence the staff file contains more than one character reference.

Observation. A review of the facilities minor incident logs was conducted. There was no evidence of how or when parents are notified of illness or injury that occur at the facility. Incomplete facility records increase risk to the health and safety of children. Submit to licensing on or before September 24, 2025, a plan that outlines how and when parents will be notified of all illnesses and injuries sustained at the facility and how this information will be documented.

Observation. It was observed that the artificial grass that was located on the cement patio has been removed. The bare cement patio poses a risk to children and may cause abrasive injuries to young children who are crawling, or learning to walk. Submit to licensing on or before September 24, 2025, evidence the cement surface has been covered with a cushioned surface

Observation. The managers name is not displayed in a prominent place in the facility.

Observation. Evidence of staff's compliance with the Province's immunization control programs was not available at time of inspection.

Observation. Some child files were missing a current photo or digital image of the child.

Observation. The outdoor play space is not enclosed in a manner that adequately ensures children are free from harm. A container of Lysol wipes labelled keep out of reach of children is accessible to the children. A ladder and other tools are accessible to the children in the outdoor play space.
