Licensee stated they operate an "unlicensed Daycamp" during school closures. The day of the inspection was a pro-d day so the school was closed. Facility Licence needs to be amended to state the Licensed program does not operate on days of school closure or the Licensee needs to operate within the terms and conditions of the Licence.
