  Observation. Licensing reviewed four staff files. Four files were missing validation of ECE certificate.

  Corrective action. Ensure licensee must not employ a person in a community care facility as an educator unless the person holds a valid certificate issued under Division 2 and the Licensee has verified certification.

  Observation. Licensing reviewed four staff files. One file was missing a resume.

  Corrective action. Ensure licnsee must not employ a person in a community care facility without first obtaining a record of work history.
