    Observation. Licensing observed that the stationary bouncy buggy car was moved to the grass and that the teeter tooter was on concrete. This represents an immediate risk to the health and safety of children in care and must be corrected immediately. Licensee stated that the teeter tooter would not be used by children in care until a suitable place could be found. Full compliance will not be achieved until the plan has been implemented and completed.

    Corrective action. Ensure that equipment is not installed over concrete, asphalt or other hard surfaces.
