  Observation. The managers name was not posted in a prominent place in the facility. Ensure the managers name is posted.

  Observation. Some child records are missing photo and start dates. All child records are missing written consent from the parent to call a medical practitioner or ambulance. Ensure child records contain all the information as outlined in the Child Care Licensing Regulation Section 57-Records for each child.

• C7.1 - Is the facility safe, sanitary, free from hazards, in good repair, and appropriate for the age and development of children?Non-critical

  Observation. A bench located in the outdoor play space is in poor repair.
