Observation. There is no system in place to ensure that the children's food stored in the refrigerator is stored at a safe temperature. A spray bottle of bleach/water was found accessible to children. The licensee removed this immediately during the inspection. It was observed that hot water tested in the bathroom was measured at 54C. Please ensure that the hot water is no hotter than 49C.
