  Observation. Fire extinguishers were observed to have expired on April 24, 2024.

  Observation. Licensing Officer observed one valid medication was on site while the child was attending the program. However, the care plan has not yet been developed. A conversation occurred with the manager regards multiple other care plans were observed to be incomplete, missing photos and medication expiry dates etc.
