Observation. Licensing observed large cottonwood tree branches from Trillium Park hanging over the outdoor play area of this facility. While inspecting the outdoor play area, several smaller branches and various parts of the cottonwood tree repeatedly fell onto the playground. This is a falling hazard and a safety risk to the children in care.
