  Observation. The license posted does not accurately reflect the current manager. This has been cited on a previous inspection.

  First aid kits are readily accessible to all employees, including while care is provided away from premises. [CCLR Sec. 23(2)]

  Observation. At the time of the inspection, the group of children were outside on the North side of the property, no first aid kits were present.

  A record for each child containing the daily attendance record, indicating for each day whether the child is absent or, if the child is present, the time of arrival and departure is not kept. [CCLR Sec. 57(2)(c)]; A record for each child containing a photograph or digital image of the child, and other information that can be used to readily identify the child in an emergency is not kept. [CCLR Sec. 57(2)(i)]; A record for each child containing any notification of a parent, emergency contact or medical health officer made under CCLR section 55 [notification of illness or injury] is not kept.   Observation. At the time of inspection, 1 staff was with children on the north side of the property. There were no children's records present with staff, the attendance sheet was not accurate or near staff.

  Observation. All the licenses for this facility reflected a previous manager who has not been in attendance for several months. An application to amend the license has been submitted but due to errors has not been processed.

  A record for each child containing the daily attendance record, indicating for each day whether the child is absent or, if the child is present, the time of arrival and departure is not kept. [CCLR Sec. 57(2)(c)]

  Observation. At the time of day when Licensing was present a group of children were outside and were in the process of going outside. Some children were inside and some were outside , eventually all children were outside. There was no evidence of attendance being recorded or documented for those students outside nor a record being kept as children left and were picked up.

  Observation. There is no thermometer in the fridge. The door to the furnace room / janitorial room was open and available to children. The door would not shut properly nor lock.
