  Observation. Licensing audited 5 of 22 children's files. One file was missing medical insurance plan number.

  Corrective action. Ensure licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing medical insurance plan number.

• A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (c) daily attendance record, indicating for each day whether the child is absent or, if the child is present, the time of arrival and departure

  Observation. Licensing reviewed attendance record and observed that times of departure were missing on February 2nd, 8th and 23rd of 2024, and that times of arrival and departure were missing on February 9th of 2024.

  Corrective action. Ensure that, for each child, there is a record showing times of arrival and departure.

  Observation. Licensing audited 5 of 22 children's files. Four files were missing record of receiving the repayment agreement.

  Corrective action. Ensure licensee must keep a current record of who has received the repayment agreement.

  Observation. Licensing observed that staff records were not on-site and could not be retrieved during the Routine inspection.

  Corrective action. Ensure that staff files are kept on-site and can be retrieved within a reasonable time.

  Observation. Licensee stated that two minutes related to corrective action plan for lead in water were conducted daily, however were not documented.

  Corrective action. Ensure that the health, safety and dignity of children in care is maintained at all times, and that corrective action plan for lead in water is followed.
