  Observation. Licensing observed outdoor checks had not been recorded in 2024. Licensee stated daily checks are completed but hadn't been recorded.

  Corrective action. Ensure daily log is kept of all inspections, maintenance and repairs.

• A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (a)name, sex, date of birth, medical insurance plan number (MSP number does not apply to REC only) and immunization status.

  Observation. Licensing reviewed four of seven children's files. One file was missing MSP number.

  Corrective action. Ensure to keep, for each child, a record showing MSP numbers.

  Observation. Licensing observed no Communicable Disease Prevention Plan in place at the facility. Licensee was using the COVID-19 policy and Health Policy.
